Sachin Tendulkar : A Phoenix.
Fame, is it a curse? Ask the little master. Having given his heart and soul for the game at the international level for over 16 long years, he is still held at the gun point by the media for not performing well. Everytime he fails, there is a 30-minute analysis at the end of which an “expert” offers a suggestion to the man – retire.
While some say its his age, some have doubted his commitment. The worst however was said by Moin Khan, who had written an article suggesting that the little master was ‘scared’ of the pakistan bowling and was pretending to be injured. Sachin replied with a majestic hundred and Moin had to eat his words.
After scoring thousands of runs on different pitches in the most difficult conditions, some of us still do not believe in the man. But why today? Because Sachin has just scored another brilliant hundred off 76 balls winning India the match and while receiving the Man of the Match and Man of the Series awards for the nth time, more importantly just when his critics began to write him off once again.

See what they do for Ganguly today and what they did 1 year back.. anyway i know you do not worry about these… just continue what you feel.. even if you fall 100 times.. i still love you because you are SACHIN.. a LION is always LION.. bring WC to india.. you missed last time your chance at the final.. Sachin Tendulkar is, and will always be the greatest exponent of his craft that is cricket. Win the World Cup Sachin but dont forget to thrash those Sri Lankans with consecutive centuries!
